How long will it take to receive my package?

We process and ship orders daily from Monday to Friday. For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. 

U.S orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Please be advised that for all UPS and USPS Expedited Shipping options, delivery times are not guaranteed by either carrier. This means next-day or two-day delivery may not always be met due to factors such as processing delays, weather conditions, or carrier limitations.

Once your package has been handed over to UPS or USPS, any delays or tracking issues are solely the responsibility of the carrier. While we will gladly assist with filing claims when applicable, shipping fees cannot be refunded for delays caused by the carrier.
