Return and Refund Policy

At VVitamins, your health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been shipped and marked as delivered. This policy is in place to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality assurance.

We strictly  do not accept returns or issue refunds for delivered products under any circumstances. However, if an issue arises during the delivery process, we are committed to providing support to address the situation. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers.

We strongly advise customers to carefully review your orders before completing the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products

We’re committed to delivering high-quality products, but if your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered! Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we’ll promptly offer a replacement or refund whatever works best for you. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure your experience with us is  nothing less than exceptional!

Package was Returned

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality for our customers, we do not accept product returns unless they are system-generated due to shipping errors and transit damage. 

Since your package was insured, we can file a claim with our insurer. Please allow up to 21 days for the claim to be processed. As soon as your claim is approved, we’ll provide you with an update. We’re committed to resolving this issue for you 💕

Package Stolen

We’re truly sorry to hear that your package may have been stolen, and we completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. The best course of action would be to file a claim with USPS, as this will assist you in resolving the issue.
